Help wiith getting a new mother board?

I have AM37 with 2 pci slots 1 AGP slot 2.6ghz AMD processor and can hold up 512 mb ram. I looking to upgrade to something with a PCI-e slot atleast 1gb ram and 3.0 ghz processor what would be my best and cheapest bet thanks
