I was in a ugly debate with my co-worker because HE heard me call a transual..."HER" and that pissed him?

OFF!!! He expressed his opinion and stated that women are born as females and told me to go take a look at my birth certficate and see what it says...he stated when he look at his....it states he was born a MALE and I should go back and take a look at a birth certificate to see what it says ! He stated that females have periods...men DON'T! Women can carry and deliver babies...men CAN NOT and NEVER WILL! Women don't take hormones to soften their voice because they are already soft....Men don't either! Women have small hands...men have a BIG hands! He says there's a HUGH difference!! He told me when he sees the day when a tranual can deliver a baby or even adopt a baby...then he will consider calling a a woman untill then he refers to tranuals as MAN in a wig wearing a dress!! And my other co-workers was agreeing with him!!!! One guy even stated he refer to s as Halloween acts as if these are costumes !!!! No wonder so many tranuals commit suicide. What can I do to help my co-workers be open?
