I embrace my Latina side more than my Caucasian side?

However, I'm roughly 65% white! No, I am not trying to force myself to be more of one race than the other. I have very light skin (I'm mainly of European ethnicities, including Spanish). I am not trying to be the latino form of a "wigger" I just, prefer to say that I am mixed race. I do feel that I embrace the culture on my hispanic side, having been raised by my Mexican/Aztec/Spanish grandmother. The problem: I am so white! I am called "paleface", and people refuse to accept the fact that I am of mixed races.
