St. Ives Apricot blemish and blackhead control HELP?!?

Ok well I bought the scrub today and I just used it my face feels a little dry & I was wondering is it ok for me to use St. Ives intensive healing body moisturizer on my face? OR should I buy a moisturizer for my face, do they even sell those? hlp plz!
