Can anyone else see the holes in the cop's allegations of Senator Craig?

A cop's report is simply what a cop says. Our prison systems are full of innocent folk serving life to death row based on flawed and well fabricated cop reports. Forget the media and your own personal biases. Sensationalism sells and hype distorts. The stall was about 12 inches from the floor. The other commode was 3 1/2 feet away. What this means is that he would have to get on the floor and stick his LEG (NOT FOOT) all the way over and touch the cop's foot. I am 6' 4," and I cannot do it. Senator Craig had his luggage in front of him. There is only so much room in a stall. Then the cop says that he rubbed his hand at the based of the stall. Even if this was true, how can you arrest someone who rubs his hand on top or at the bottom of a stall? I garantee you that Mr. Craig is not the only person who has a complaint about this cop. Not once did he say that he was asked for or physically touched. He had to used the foot and hand thing in order to make it stick.
