Does rep. senator craig, ( scandel in airport) agree with mccain on gay issues?

I am wondering- because both of them are republicans. Now, republican senator larry craig says he was "coerced" into saying he had made a proposition to an undercover police officer for gay in an airport bathroom. What does he mean by that? Okay, I don't agree with ual "rights". (Like teaching our kids in school about gay marriage- that is our right to do in our homes- as parents.) But if you are a gay man- is it just self hatred as to why you would be in the republican party? Obviously senator craig knows how to lye- one way or another- he is lying. Is there a lot of closet ity in the GOP? It seems like it- I don't agree withthe gay lifestyle- but at least when gay people admit to who they are they don't have to live double lives and lie to others as well as themselves. His poor wife!
