How do i approach this girl at school/lose fear?

Girls sorta DO care about the looks, and i think the best was to approach her is to maybe ask you friends to approach her. maybe your friends can talk to the girl that you like. Maybe they can introduce you to her or something. FYI: girls dont really mind when guys like them. UNLESS they are totally geeky.
