Is walking 60 minutes a day would make me lose weight?

Hi, stop not eating stuff that's one of your problems your body was used to getting those foods and now its not. If you want to lose weight and gain muscle running is the worst, try doing fun actives swimming, playing sports with friends, swimming is one of the best ways you can lose fat and gain muscle it is the most painless ways and its fun so your mind will like the idea and so will your body doing something that your body doesn't want to do like running or dieting never works because it just makes you miserable you need to do something fun for your body and yet good for you so your mind is happy.
