My dog has serious or something i am not able to sleep?

I am 28 weeks pregnant i had to Fast tonight to get blook work dont in the morning i have been up ALL night in and out...Well actually sense this morning. I mean He was just laying down and farting and then RUNNING and as soon as i opened the door he ran with his *** down like he could not make it. I do not know what to do because the longer i stay awake the the Hungrier i get I have to go get this done! i cant sleep tho because he is pooping his brains out!!! he ate normal yesterday Pedigree. Is there anything i can do? or do i have to stay up all night starving and then go to the doctors tomorrow miserable? Its freaking 420 am i am soooo tired i do not know what the heck to do
