Owen Hart movie?

Way back in 2002, I remember web sites saying that a Paul A. Kaufman was going to make a movie about Owen's life called, "The Owen Hart Story". Does anybody know if this movie was ever made? I am a big Owen fan and I never heard about the project since then. I know there was a bio on A&E about Owen and the book Martha Hart put out (I have both), but what's going on with the movie? Please let me know when it came out and how I can get it on tape?
