Was Threatened by Salesperson (Need Legal Advice)?

I was in a car dealership when I was told that I need to put money down or needed a co-signer. I asked the salesperson I was dealing with to give me back my driver's license and my information. He gave me my driver's license and then I asked him for the information he threw it at me and told me to get the F out and said he will punch me in my face. He was one of the sales people now am I able to bring up civil action suit against him because of his behavior and for the auto dealership to allow this?? Please let me know because I really want something to be done. Who knows who else it could happen to next or even what he will do next time.
