When will these HIIT marketers REALIZE in exercise vs diet , DIET wins EVERY SINGLE TIME?

HIIT uses your fat as the main source rather than the carbs you just ate. A diet makes up around 75% of your health but not a lot has at least a half decent diet out there. Also HIIT is used for around 15 minutes, some go for as much as 20.
