Who would win in a fight TERMINATOR or PREDATOR?

I love them Both. Terminator is a machine and a very skill full machine. However the Predator is a living being and has Predatory instincts this is a very good contest! I'd have to go with the Predator it has more Devices,weapons and possibly traps.
