Army Retention team in Iraq?

Do retention NCOs get something for making you re-enlist? I am in Camp Cropper and I keep getting asked to re-enlist. They keep telling me there is nothing in it for them and they care about me, it all sounds like a crock to me, i am almost positive that they have to make a certain mission per month as do regular recruiters if you know what I mean...
