The best way to find out if you have celiac disease is to go gluten-free for a week or so and see how you feel. Avoid all products with wheat, rye, oats or barley, including things labeled "vegetable protein", since that's often code for wheat. Corn and rice are fine to eat. If you feel better, there's a good chance you have celiac. If you still get an upset stomach, it's something else and you should see your doctor.
