My step daughter was invited to do a call back for Pro Scout?

They didn't ask for any money until the end. They want $795, They are going to fly 40 agency from around the world to come look at you as you walk down the run way and ask you questions. My step daughter is almost 6' and a bean pole. She can do this I have no question but I don't want to put out the money if this is a joke. Has anyone ever done this or any idea what we should do? I look them up on BBB and they are a A so its not a bad company but is what they say true or will they run with our money? They want a dep in 2 weeks and then the rest at the time of the meeting. Sounds good but you can never be to safe. HELP!!!!!
