Isn't the final decision to commit suicide that person's fault?

These laws about "cyberbullying" are taking responsibility away from the person who committed the illegal act of suicide. You can't legislate niceness. You can only outlaw harment and slander, not laughing at someone's appearance or telling people's secrets.
