Put A Betta With Other Fish?

I have 4 neon tetra,2 striped tetra,and one betta in a 10 gallon tank.I know someone who says bettas are aggressive to only other bettas.Its a boy betta and swims happily with the other fish.Should I take Him out or not?Just wondering thx.
