Tetra Disease?

my red phantom tetra died yesterday and she has a white mark or faded her colours on the tail side. and today the neon tetra and cardinal also died and their back is faded in colours. does it some tetra disease? do other fish can catch this? i separate them in a tank but it continue dies my other tetra fishes. Pls. Help!
